By participating in the ViralyTix Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and high-value experience for all affiliates and users.

• 1. Lifetime Commission:
  Affiliates earn a lifetime commission on every successful fund recharge made by their referred users, as long as the user continues to recharge using their original account.


• 2. Self-Referrals Not Allowed:
  Affiliates are not allowed to refer themselves or create duplicate accounts to earn commission. Doing so may result in immediate termination and loss of all pending commissions.


• 3. Payout Eligibility:
  To request a payout, affiliates must reach the minimum commission threshold. The current minimum is ₹500 or equivalent in supported payout methods.


• 4. Withdrawal Methods:
  Commissions can be withdrawn via:
  • • ViralyTix Wallet
  • • UPI
  • • Bank Transfer

  All withdrawals are processed every Friday. Applicable government taxes (such as TDS) will be deducted as per regulations. Affiliates are responsible for any additional compliance requirements.



• 5. Commission Tracking:
  All commission data, including number of referrals and total earnings, can be tracked in the affiliate dashboard. Ensure your referral link is correctly used by your referred users.


• 6. No Spam or Misleading Promotions:
  Promoting ViralyTix using misleading claims, fake reviews, spam, or unauthorized advertising is strictly prohibited. Violators may be permanently banned from the program.


• 7. No Brand Misrepresentation:
  Affiliates may not present themselves as official representatives, employees, or partners of ViralyTix. The program is a referral-based promotion model only.


• 8. Inactive Affiliates:
  Accounts with no new referrals or activity for 6 months may be marked inactive and commissions may expire unless a withdrawal is initiated.


• 9. Fraudulent Activity:
  If a referred user is found to be fake, bot-driven, or involved in abuse, ViralyTix reserves the right to cancel that commission and block future tracking.


• 10. Program Modifications:
  ViralyTix reserves the right to change commission rates, policies, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance via email or dashboard alert.


• 11. Termination Rights:
  Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. No prior notice is required.

By continuing to use and promote ViralyTix as an affiliate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.
